Jeju island is a very scenic destination that is not only popular with foreigners but also the local domestic tourists.  Its weather was relatively milder as compared with the northern parts of South Korea, and in many ways, its pace of life, slower.

On this first proper day of travelling on Jeju island, we would traverse the Western parts.

It was all Choi Kang Hee and Shin Se Kyung's fault.  Really.   I wouldn't have even thought of going to Korea had it not been for these two beautiful Korean actresses who enchanted this simple little Singaporean man.  And the family ended up one unearthly morning waiting for our Korean Air flight to the Land of Arirang.
